Expert Tool Guidance and Distribution
C&S is a full service machine tool distributor. When you purchase a machine tool, either manual or CNC, C&S offers machine installation at the end user site. We also provide operator training which is usually done also at he customer site after machine installation.
For classroom style training, we recommend contacting Fanuc who offers extensive control training at their facility in Chicago.
Maintenance and Warranty Calls
C&S Machine Tools will service the machines we sell. Either during the warranty period or after factory warranty expires, you can count on local service and support for your machinery. Since almost all our machines are equipped with Fanuc controls, you can also depend on Fanuc Service Center in Atlanta, Ga and Birmingham, AL for warranty control support.
Custom Setup
Applications Engineer Lawrence also has many years of experience to set up, tool-up, and program machine tools should you need a turnkey solution for your part(s). With support from Yama Seiki factory in Taiwan and the USA, we have the ability to offer automation, fixturing, and full systems integration for your production needs
Ongoing Support and Parts
C&S also supports the machinery we sell with spare parts. Yama Seiki and our other machine builders have most parts needed. Should there be parts that are not in stock, we have an extensive library of alternative sources located in the USA for fast response. After 30 years in the machine tool business, we have developed many support relationships.
